There are so many things that could affect your vision or cause infections or diseases to occur in the two body parts that mean the most to you. You might want to choose sunglasses that fit close to your face  and head, as they will keep the most amount of sunlight away from your eyes. They are also much better for working out. Also, if you can, find sunglasses that protect your eyes from visible blue lights.

It is truly a good idea to invest in a pair of sunglasses that are quality and made to last. Sunglasses and their brand, cost and features truly does make a difference in the amount of protection you will receive.

Not that you shouldn’t already know this, but another tip for keeping your eyes protected while outdoors- do not look directly at the sun. If you look directly at the sun you can burn your retina or even cause yourself to go blind. Even if you have sunglasses on, do not look directly at the sun.
